This electric steering kit has been specially designed for the Mustang, it takes a complete column assisted by electric assistance.
No modification of the steering gear.
However, compared to 90% of our kits, a cut in the column is necessary to interpose this assistance kit.
A complete manual with measurement is provided, the tool for machining the column is also provided.
This steering is supplied with a potentiometer to adjust the hardness of your steering according to your driving.
It is also equipped with a safety that allows you to drive in case of electrical failure (you find a classic non-assisted steering). The assembly remains simple and fun for a mechanic or good auto handyman, it requires about 6 to 8 hours of MO.
